The Latin phrase "vita pulchra" simply means "beautiful life," but it refers to the concept that creating and appreciating beauty enriches our lives. In some religious traditions, "via pulchritudinis" - the way of beauty - is believed to be a path to spiritual experience. For me, photography has been the most direct means of observing and capturing the beauty that surrounds us.
